REAL Mexican food. We lived on the border of Matamoros for several years and have missed the food since moving back to Colorado, and we feel so lucky to have found Los Muertos. Lovely atmosphere, outstanding tacos, excellent apps, and wonderful people. Do yourself a favor and try them out (especially on Taco Tuesday)!!!
I came on their soft opening, and so the menu is limited. Still, everything had great flavor. The indoor seating area is nice and spacious. The outdoor patio is equally as nice and it's where I enjoyed my table side guac, house margarita, and my two tacos. I'll come back to try out their full menu.
Great experience! The tempura shrimp for a starter was amazing! The two sauces, one sweet, one hot was the best combo I’ve ever had! Pretty much crack. The tacos were all unique and tasteful! Everything was so fresh, the staff was more than welcoming. The patio will be a huge hit for the summertime and live music every other weekend! Check this place out!
Their Taco Tuesday deal is great. Several tacos from the menu is just 2 each. I ordered 3 tacos but I should done more. Good flavor. The service is good. I will go back there again.
Exceptional, creative Mexican food with best Michelada I am have ever had. The place is often less busy that it should be but the patio is lovely and parking is easy. The picture is their Roja potato enchilada which was one of a kind.
This place is dank! Javier took care of us and brought us these tasty Mexican Candy Shots to go along with the chips and delicious salsa. There was also live music on the Saturday evening we visited. Our group had a mix of items including several different tacos and a dish made with pumpkin seed mole. The guacamole is made fresh right before your eyes and we can’t wait to come back.
Wow! This place is incredible. Some friends took us here recently. I was surprised since the location was a bit out of the way. The food was absolutely delicious. Better than Blue agave and the Rio in town. I would highly recommend the visit.
Just went here for the first time and it is by far the best, most authentic, Mexican food we have ever had in NOCO! The service was incredible and the owner even came out and introduced himself, his wife and the cook! Although they are under transition to different menus and a different name of the restaurant, I cannot recommend this place enough! I love that it is a locally owned/mom and pop place that I will definitely support. We will be back!!!
